Mahukona Capital Projects Manager
Hawaiʻi Land Trust is seeking project management services to lead various capital improvement projects at Mahukona Navigation & Ecological Complex in Kohala, Hawaiʻi Island. HILT collaborates with Nā Kālai Waʻa, an organization perpetuating traditional navigation, to protect this land and other programs. Delivering these programs safely and effectively requires the repair of current infrastructure or the install appropriate facilities.

Hawaiʻi Land Trust is seeking an Educator to join its Maui-based team. The part-time position’s primary responsibility will be teaching School and Community Groups to help fulfill HILT’s strategic goals and objectives for Waiheʻe Coastal Dunes & Wetlands Refuge and Nuʻu Refuge. This includes preserving and enhancing the natural, cultural, and community value of the sites and providing opportunities for the community to connect and develop kuleana for Waiheʻe and Nuʻu through education, service, and recreation.

Easement Stewardship Associate
This HILT Easement Stewardship Associate is a part-time position that plays a critical role in preserving Hawaii's natural, cultural, and agricultural resources. Reporting to and working with the Director of Conservation Easement Stewardship, this associate will monitor encumbered property use through remote and on-the-ground field visits, encourage and ensure landowner and 3rd party compliance with encumbrance terms, maintain accurate records, build positive relationships with landowners and community members.
